- Customized Reports generateaudit reports that map specific compliance demands against identified organizational critical information assets, and enable full integration with leading tools such as Eclipse’s Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) and Actuate reporting products.
- Report Scheduling supports specified reports generation at user-defined time intervals, ranging from minutes to days to quarters. This removes manual processes and ensures that auditing activity occurs at the appropriate times, eliminating audit gaps.
- Approval Workflow supports both primary approvers and delegates, coupled with specific time constraints for action on reports.
- Automated Archiving of specified reports, complete with audit information, dates, times and workflow approval trails, ensures that reports are easily accessible to all required parties.
